This show brings together those that enjoy birds in the many ways that a bird can touch our lives. How about a family day out to see and find out about how birds and their behaviour can enhance your life? Marvel at the beauty of bird flight at the falconry displays in the arena. Find out how bird numbers are increased by captive breeding programmes for possible future reintroduction and how you could become a part of this essential knowledge base. Check out the latest optics to see our feathered friends up close in the field or find that really good field guild to help you identify the birds, flowers and butterflies on your next nature exploration.
Have you ever wanted to have your own eggs for breakfast? This show will answer your questions showing you how to cater for the needs of poultry and ducks.
Hear the songs created from the folklore surrounding birds;
enjoy seeing the diverse range of artwork created by various wildlife artists;
taste the delights from the food hall;
see some of the many colours and shapes that birds come in;
and feel the fur of nature.
