Making A Purchase It could not be easier,

Shipping And Handling All shipping and handling are charged at cost. This is cheapest method we have found for you, especially when you have selected more than one item, as all are delivered general at once.

DAMAGE DELIVERIES

If you need to be sign for. Then please "DO NOT" get the carrier to return it to us. If the package has been delivered damaged inform us within 24hrs and keep the packaging, this will be needed for the insurance.

Delivery Schedule Most items being delivered to the U.K mainland are dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered in 3 working days. If you have not normally received in 10 working days of ordering please contact us. At peak times like Christmas it may take a little longer so please order early at these times. Once into the hands of the carrier it is out of our control.

With International deliveries we will inform you normally by email, of despatch from us and likely delivery date.

Back Orders With many of our items being originals back orders are not possible here, but all goods on the site are available from stock, unless stated on product, the only reason for not having it, is that we have sold all that stock from the site in the last 24hrs. Then we will either phone or email you, to let you know what we can do for you and see what YOU wish to do, you being most important to us.

Tax Charges For orders made from the U.K. or the European Union, 17.5% V. A. T. is added where needed. All other destination orders are V.A.T. free and you should click the exempt button to reduce V.A.T. to zero. Local or national taxes outside the U.K. will be down to your self to arrange payment.

Credit Card Security All credit card transactions that are carried out over internet use recognised secure connections for your safety. But if you prefer not to trust modern technology an email or phone call (British time) will securer item till payment is arranged or sent by cheque.

Guarantee We guarantee to refund you the full purchase price of any product that is returned to us within 21 days for any reason, being returned as sent. If the packaging is damaged on arrival please please see instructions for Shipping and Handling.
